Gale Maly of Maly & Associates has been providing facilities management type services for me over the last two years. These services have included (but were not limited to) HVAC repair and maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, day porter services, parking lot sweeping services, carpet installation, painting, roof cleaning, pigeon proofing, emergency assistance for glass replacement, exterior and interior light bulb changing, handyman services, and graffiti abatement.
Maly & Associates has completed work on Trammell Crow’s behalf at Ina Corporate Center, Eastpoint Marketplace, Michael’s, Nogales Plaza and the Tucson Industrial Properties. These encompass office, industrial and retail complexes. In addition, Gale has assisted some of our retail tenants in completing work that was needed within their respective spaces. These tenants expressed an appreciation for her attention and devotion to completing their projects in a timely manner.
