I started working with Gale Maly in November, 1997 when Insignia/ESG assumed management of Campbell Plaza. Insignia/ESG is the managing agent for the owner, The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York.
Maly & Associates is an independent contractor for Insignia/ESG and provides general maintenance, day porter services, parking lot sweeping, janitorial and HVAC services for Campbell Plaza. Maly & Associates provides the highest level of service I have ever received from a vendor or contractor in the ten years I have been in the property management field. Gale Maly is very conscientious and always has the best interests of the owner and Insignia/ESG in mind when the decisions and recommendations are made on the required service or repair for Campbell Plaza. Since I am located in Phoenix, Gale Maly is often called upon to interact with a tenant on an emergency matter and I have all the trust and confidence that Gale Maly can handle the matter in a very professional manner.
